The Kappa League program was established fraternity-wide over 30 years ago, as the primary program that Alumni Chapters use to mentor young people in their communities. Since the program’s inception, the Orlando Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. has helped young adolescent African-American males develop and improve their leadership through the Guide Right Leadership & Development Program popularly known as the Kappa League.
This leadership & development program uses educational and inspirational techniques to promote academic success, career preparedness and life skills. Overall, the program’s aim is to develop future leaders of tomorrow. The program emphasizes several aspects of leadership development, teamwork and community trusteeship. Activities range from car washes to church visits, from road cleanups.
The Deadline for applying to be a member of Kappa League is August 1, 2016.
